Microsoft OneDrive is our core solution on which we build the foundation for all of your working folders.

• After acquiring a domain name linked to your Microsoft account, with a little knowledge you will be able to create your shared cloud solution. 

• Like a directory in your computer, as seen in Windows Explorer, you will find a directory (folder) in which all the important files created, modified by you and your colleagues are found. 

• According to the following options, you can 

• Have a copy only in the cloud 

• Have a copy in the cloud and on your computer (local copy). 

• The last accessible version of a file is the one that was saved (automatically or by the user), before it was closed. 

• If changes have been made but are not approved, it is easy to revert to an earlier version of a file with the version history. 

• The great thing is that a user's computer, laptop, tablet or phone is no longer the only one with a copy of a file. The cloud is now the best backup system since it assures that our files have a copy available quickly on another computer or system. 

• Upon request we can explain the concept behind what is called the cloud computing system.
